Chando is currently residing in New York City. Chando was a student at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando was Maddie Coleman, the lead role in the TV series As the World changes from 2005 to 2007; she then reprised the role for a short length of time starting in 2009. Alexandra started her career in acting with the TV show House Blend where she portrayed Jenna Harper. After three years she played in the American soap opera on TV that aired at CBS, As the World Turns in the role of Maddie Coleman. Chando first appeared on TV with True life (an American documentary) at the end of 2009. Later, in 2009 she appeared on Sherri, a television show. Also, she acted as Annabelle in two episodes of Glory Daze, an American comedy/drama television series. The other TV credits she has are Castle, Hindsight Dead People and Outcast.
